I have been a long time-member of Business Professionals of Arizona. What I like about our Networking group is the, “vibe.” We have a fun, laid-back group where everyone is welcome. I’ve been a member of this networking group for over a year now. I appreciate the increased business that it has brought. I also enjoy the ability to give back to other members and be a bigger resource for my community and my clients. I know that the referrals I send are in trusted hands, and the community and consistency with the group has been strong. The integrity of the members are just a reliable and it’s nice doing business with people who you know. The structure encourages business growth without feeling like you are checking off of a box. I really appreciate the one per industry lock so you know you are not competing with other industries, and the events are a social part of the group. I was invited to a BPOFAZ mixer months ago not knowing what to expect but having reservations as I have been in a networking group prior. After attending and meeting all these amazing humans and professionals I knew it was worth the risk to give the idea another chance. I have been a member of BPofAZ since 2011. I would not continue to be a member if I didn’t feel that the group was worth my time and money. Each year, I consistently source approximately 10% of my business from BPofAZ referrals, visitors, members and past members. As far as networking groups go, BPofAZ is by far the best return for your time and money investment. Additionally, I find the group very helpful in providing qualified, professional referrals for the needs of my sphere and myself. For example, I recently had my air conditioner breakdown around 11pm and I emailed the Air Conditioning professional in the group and had someone out to service my A/C by 9am the next morning. Other people I know may have had to wait days for service.
